Every neighborhood is composed of multiple and diverse places that, through a combinatory dynamic, generate a space with a multiplicity of meanings. This process is embedded within a flow known as narrative, producing an interactive narrative capable of postponing "semantic death" and fostering ontological flourishing. This article seeks to answer the questions: How can places and narratives create an interactive narrative, and what are the Semio-semantic characteristics of such narratives? What attributes must places and neighborhoods possess to enliven our perception and perpetuate the being of presence? Ultimately, it is posited that if a neighborhood can be transformed into a space for practice of Flânerie, imagination, and reverie, the demise of meaning is delayed, and a state of ontological flourishing is engendered.
