fa خوانش پدیدار شناختی بازآفرینی بافت‌های تاریخی تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:IRANsans;"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:150%"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span lang="FA" style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="line-height:150%"><span b="" nazanin=""><span style="color:black">بافت‌های تاریخی، ارزشمندترین دارایی شهرها هستند که در یک دورۀ زمانی نسبتاً طولانی، با فراز و فرود زندگی انسان‌ها هم‌آوا شده و طلایه‌دار ارزش‌های ملموس و ناملموس مادی و معنوی هستند. گذشت زمان، به‌طور طبیعی، همچون هر موجود زنده‌ای آنها را فرسوده می‌کند، اما بافت‌های تاریخی نیز همچون پیران تجربه‌دیده، اگرچه به ظاهر فرسوده اما گنجینه‌ای از تجارب ارشمند هستند و لذا باید به دقت دیده و شنیده شوند و دستاوردهای آنها به منظور کاربست و تداوم مورد واکاوی عمیق قرار گیرد. </span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:150%"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span lang="FA" style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="line-height:150%"><span b="" nazanin=""><span style="color:black">هدف این نوشتار، خوانش باززنده‌سازی بافت‌های تاریخی از منظر پدیدارشناسی است. بدین منظور با روش فرامطالعه و بازبینی سیستماتیک منابع موجود، مقوله‌هایی چون معنای سکونت، بصیرت پدیدارشناختی و ناامنی هستی‌شناختی مورد غور و بررسی قرار گرفته است. از جمله دستاوردهای این بررسی، ضرورت گذر از نگاه فرادستی به عالم و کاربست تفکر مراقبه‌ای و متأملانه برای نیل به ماهیت بافت‌های تاریخی و از آن ره، ارائه برنامه‌ها و طرح‌های واقع‌بینانه و همدلانه برای بازآفرینی بافت‌های تاریخی است. </span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></div> &nbsp; <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="font-family:Aptos,sans-serif">Historic urban fabrics are considered the most valuable assets of cities. Over a relatively long period, they have resonated with the vicissitudes of human life and stand as custodians of tangible and intangible material and spiritual values. The passage of time naturally subjects them to decay, much like any living organism. However, similar to experienced elders, historic fabrics&mdash;though outwardly worn&mdash;are repositories of valuable experiences. Therefore, they must be observed and listened to with precision, and their achievements must be deeply scrutinized for the sake of implementation and continuity.</span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="font-family:Aptos,sans-serif">This research offers a critical phenomenological interpretation of historic urban fabric revitalization. To this end, employing a meta-study method and a systematic review of existing literature, concepts such as the meaning of dwelling, phenomenological insight, and ontological insecurity have been examined. The study&#39;s findings underscore the imperative to move beyond the conventional top-down or instrumental perspective, advocating instead for the employment of contemplative thinking to fully apprehend the ontological essence of historic urban fabrics.
