fa شناسایی و معرفی ظرفیت‌ها و قابلیت‌های دیپلماسی فرهنگی فرش دستباف ایران Identifying and Introducing the Capacities and Capabilities of Iran's Handwoven Carpet Cultural Diplomacy تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: right;">امروزه دیپلماسی فرهنگی به دلیل تسهیل روابط میان ملل دنیا از اهمیت ویژه‌ای برخوردار است. از جمله زمینه‌های مناسب در این ارتباط فرهنگی، آثار هنری‌ای می‌باشد که آئینه تمام نمای فرهنگ و هویت ملی هر کشور به‌شمار می‌رود. فرش دستباف ایرانی از هنرهای فاخری است که می‌تواند به خوبی فرهنگ و هویت ایرانی را نمایان ‌کند. فرش دستباف به عنوان یک پدیده چندوجهی از یک سو مایه اشتغال و تأمین معیشت بخش زیادی از مردم است و از سویی دیگر طی سالیان متمادی توانسته حامل تاریخ، فرهنگ و هنر این سرزمین باشد و نقش سفیر فرهنگی ایران را ایفا کند. در این پژوهش با هدف شناسایی و معرفی گنجایش‌ها و توانایی‌های دیپلماسی فرهنگی فرش دستباف کوشش شده تا به این پرسش پاسخ دهیم که: این هنر در مقام یاور دیپلماسی فرهنگی ایران از چه قابلیت‌ها و ظرفیت‌هایی برخوردار است؟ به این منظور با بررسی برخی فرش‌های دستباف ایرانی‌ای در ادوار گوناگون و نیز گفتگو با تولیدکنندگان فرش‌های دیپلماتیک و صاحب‌نظران حوزه دیپلماسی فرهنگی و سپس تحلیل داده‌های گردآوری شده برآنیم تا به پرسش تحقیق پاسخ دهیم. نتیجه مطالعات نشان می‌دهد در اجرا و پیشبرد سیاست دیپلماسی فرهنگی ایران، فرش دستباف به عنوان سخنگویی شایسته‌ برای هنر و فرهنگ کشورمان می‌تواند ارتباطات فرهنگی ایران با سایر ملت‌ها را گسترش داده و دوستداران هنر و فعالان این عرصه را به سوی بازار تجاری فرش دستباف هدایت کند و با برخورداری از ظرفیت پیام‌رسانی و نماد هنر ملی، به تأمین منافع ملی در سیاست خارجی کشور یاری رساند.</div> <div style="text-align: right;"></div> Iranian handwoven carpets are a prestigious art form that effectively represents Iranian culture and identity. Among the suitable fields for cultural interaction, artistic works are considered comprehensive reflections of the culture and national identity of each country. Iranian handwoven carpets are prestigious art that can effectively represent Iranian culture and identity. As a multifaceted phenomenon, handwoven carpets not only contribute to employment and the livelihoods of a large portion of the population but have also served as carriers of the history, culture, and art of this land across generations, playing the role of a cultural ambassador for the country. This research aims to identify and introduce the potential and capabilities of Iranian handwoven carpets in cultural diplomacy. The central question of this study is: What capabilities and capacities does this art possess in supporting Iran’s cultural diplomacy? To address this question, we analyze a variety of handwoven carpets from different periods, engage in discussions with producers of diplomatic carpets, and consult experts in the field of cultural diplomacy. The analysis of the collected data seeks to answer the research question. The findings indicate that in implementing and advancing Iran's cultural diplomacy policy, handwoven carpets, as a compelling representative of the country’s art and culture, can enhance Iran’s cultural relations with other nations.
